Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain the return shipping address before sending items back. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and not worn, altered, or used.

We are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please adhere to the following terms for returns and refunds:

  1. Replacement Requests

    • You may request a replacement within 30 days of the order’s ship date under the following conditions: 1.1. You received the wrong item (rare occurrence). 1.2. The item was damaged during transit (occasional occurrence).
  2. Submission of Requests

    • Submit your exchange or refund request via our customer support email. We will assess your request and provide a resolution that prioritizes your satisfaction. A full refund will be issued once we receive the returned item, or we will dispatch a replacement if an exchange is preferred.
  3. Bulk Orders

    • For large bulk orders, we may require you to return samples of the incorrect or damaged item along with the remaining products.
  4. Refunds for Correct Items

    • If the items are correct and you are seeking a refund, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not cover shipping or handling charges for returns not related to product issues. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and securing insurance for your protection.
  5. Return Address

    • All returns must be sent to the address provided. Failure to return items to the correct address may result in non-refundability, unless we agree otherwise.

Refunds

If you request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order, and the product has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately. For refunds requested after dispatch, we cannot process an immediate full refund. Disputes with payment providers will be supported with proof of shipment for impartial resolution.

If you return the item in accordance with our policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days of receipt. If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank for further assistance. If issues persist, please contact us.

Exchanges

We offer a flexible exchange policy for defective or incorrect items. If the issue is due to our error, we will provide a free replacement and cover all associated shipping costs. For exchanges not resulting from our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receiving your exchange request, please provide photos of the received product. Once we approve the exchange, we will dispatch a new item after conducting a thorough inspection. There is no need to wait for the return of the original product; we prioritize customer satisfaction and expedite replacements.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to the address provided in the return instructions email. For returns not due to our fault, you will bear the return shipping costs. Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
