This option incurs a nominal additional fee, calculated based on your order value. Enjoy the convenience and peace of mind that comes with our shipping options.

Courier Services

We utilize various courier services, including USPS, UPS, EMS, FedEx, and DHL. Our logistics team selects the most suitable courier based on factors such as delivery speed and location. We prioritize the courier service provider that offers the quickest delivery time to your address.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days following payment verification (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing includes essential quality checks. Delivery time generally ranges from 7-15 business days, depending on factors such as destination, customs, and weather conditions. We will endeavor to expedite any delays by coordinating with the courier service.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive within the estimated time frame, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Responsibility for delivery issues rests with the shipping company.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, the courier service provider, and a tracking URL. You can track your order by entering your order ID on our tracking page or by using third-party tracking services such as 17Track. This ensures you can monitor your shipment’s progress and stay updated on its delivery status.

Tracking Information

Tracking information typically appears within 48-72 hours after you receive the tracking number. This delay is often due to the time it takes for the shipment to be processed by the courier. If tracking information does not update, please wait a few days, as packages may take time to move through the system.

Incorrect Addresses

It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information, including contact details, at the time of ordering. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes or send a replacement without additional fees. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional handling charges, which will be passed on to the customer. A 20% surcharge will apply for packages returned due to incomplete addresses. If you wish to cancel the order under these circumstances, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Lost Package

Shipments are considered lost if they have not arrived after 30 business days. In cases where a package is lost or seized by customs, we will send a replacement free of charge. If delivery is confirmed by the carrier but you did not receive the package, you must file a claim with the carrier using the provided tracking number. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Taxes and Duties

Most customers do not incur taxes or duty fees. However, customs regulations and fees are determined by local governments and are beyond our control. Parcels are processed through customs, and if applicable, taxes or duties must be paid to receive your goods. We declare parcels as gifts or low-value items to minimize customs issues, but this does not guarantee avoidance of fees. You are responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.

Conditions

Please allow sufficient time for delivery based on the selected courier. For EMS/DHL shipments, this may be up to 15 business days. Notify us by email if your package does not arrive or if you receive damaged merchandise. Avoid filing false claims, as each package is tracked and inspected. Confirmation of delivery by the carrier will not be disputed, and damage assessments will differentiate between shipping-related issues and mishandling.
